    appreciated a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels in the room.

    The staff - some of them were incredibly incompetent.

    Very kind staff and the place was fairly clean. The hotel's location was unbeatable and great, so close to the roof top restaurant and airport. It was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Caccia & Tails, where you can have dinner.

    Wonderful mountain view and warm welcome

    The Beautiful King Room was fantastic, with a amazing view of the mountains. The highlight was definitely the night manager, who greeted us with warm cookies upon arrival and even remembered us at departure! I think the bathroom could use a little more attention to ensure everything smells fresh.

    The hotel was absolutely great and lovely, with great location in the middle of jackson. Very amiable staff; fast check in. Modern room with bath, superb base for good rest. Location just next door to Kazakhstan and the roof top restaurant and mall. A lot of food options not too far from the venue...

    perfect and great location - just a walk down to everywhere we needed. we stopped by croissant for coffee and treats, it was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

    Almaty vibes and good times 🌆🍪

    Check-in was sharp-sharp with a warm cookie and a lovely view from our room. The staff were super lekker, always smiling and helpful. Brekkie was solid with lots to choose from and the location is perfect for exploring the city!

    The air con in the room was a bit iffy, couldn't get it cooler than 23 degrees, a bummer in the heat.

    The Beautiful King Room had fine mountain views and was just a quick stroll to the Kazakh State Circus. The staff were cute and provided delicious cookie treats for us on arrival.

    My kids wished for more playful activities.

    The room was lovely and clean, equipped with a safe, iron and ironing board, and coffee/tea facilities. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and just a short distance from Barbican House. the restaurant was conveniently located within 200 meters.

    This brand-new hotel was the best base for good rest. We truly enjoyed rooms with a bath. - the staff was very amiable at this place. - the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect - a short walk to the rooftop restaurant, Kazakhstan, and center.
